My headphone band broke and rather than buying new headphones or wrapping the band with tape, I decided to challenge myself and replicate the band using Fusion 360.
The best quality I've gotten with a 0.4mm nozzle is with:
100% infill
0.4mm layer width
0.1mm layer height
There is no need for any hardware. This is ready to be replaced after printing.
