Created this model as the H7 LED lights from Osram also needed another component (LEDriving SMART CANBUS LEDSC01 if you'd want to use the same setup, resulting in no CANBUS errors).
This resulted in a lot of wires needing to be fitted inside of the headlight housing. As space was tight I designed the dust covers a bit larger and including a feedthrough for the cabling.
I've included another version which is simply closed, in case you'd want some extra room for other types of (LED) lights and not needing the feedthrough.
You'll need to re-use the O-rings from your original dust cover.
Print in PETG or something else heat resistant. I've enabled supports to make sure the little tabs are printed correctly.
