The file 'Headband For Oculus Quest 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.3MB.
[Update 10/14/20] This will not fit Quest 2, Here is the one for Quest 2: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4623392
[Update 2/7/20: Added my latest edit. Trying a much more coverage version for more support. There's at least 25% more contact area, feels like it's taking up more of the weight of the headset. It's shown in the first picture. In the files, it's labeled experimental.]
[Update 10/29/19: I've added a slot on the bottom to insert the top-strap for an additional point of support. Just insert like shown in the 2nd picture and it just feels more solid now. The files for the latest version is labeled v2.]
Made a headband for the Oculus Quest. The headset is a bit front heavy, so this takes a little pressure off of the face with the support of the top of the forehead. I've tried counter weight in the back before, but wanted to move away from that.
Print as shown in the picture with a brim with or without support, at .2mm & 50% infill. You will need 2 six inches long strips of velcro straps.
Also, for more comfort against the head, add a layer from the fuzzy part of velcro adhesive or use a felt adhesive sheet.
Edit (6/4/19): added a slightly fatter, or taller version, for more surface area to distribute the weight. Also fixed the centering of the "QUEST" logo from the earlier version.
