Summary

(The picture of the 3.5" mount is from an older revision of the design spacing from the sides has been adjusted)

I needed a way to group my HDD together inside my case, so i designed this bracket system.
The "cross section" (optional) are not exact in their design, so I made their holes "oval"
mounting them to the brackets should be either done by low profile screws (m3) or glue.
2.5" mounting system has no cross section

The design should allow it to fit sideways into the 5.25" of a case (3 of them for the 3.5" and 2 of them for the 2.5")

The 2.5" should allow you to mount up to 14 disks while the 3.5" should allow you to mount 5. (Note if you only mount 2 of them I would recommend to mount them on the 2 sides closer to the end)

For the 2.5" m3 x 6mm screws should do the job. For the 3.5" I used screws from diferent cases I had laying around, m3 screws won't work on them reliably.

I haven't designed a way for the bracket to be mounted to a PC case (since I have a non standard case and I am not moving it much) If you are planning to move your case remove the disks with the mount and transport them separately, so that you don't damage your equipment.

NOTE: Your decision to use this design makes me in no way responsible for any damage, data loss, or any other consequences, which includes but is not limited to the apocalypse, or your computer becoming sentient and wiping out humanity. Your decision, your fault
