This model can be mounted on an IBM ServeRAID H1110 (81Y4494) controller of the type 9211-4i (SAS 2004) and can hold a 40mm fan of the type "Noctua NF-A4x20 PWM".
There are no screws required.
The HBA controller card can be slided into the rails of the fan adapter and is fastened via a snap-fit.
The fan is slided into the fan holder of the adapter and fastened via a snap-fit.
