This is the fin and fin box I used for my Poor Man's fibreglass surfboard.The fin is cut in half It so I could print it flat for more strength. I printed two (one flipped) and then glued them together with some acetone as I printed them from ABS. I don't remember the infill or any other settings:)
This is a remix of DKlubben's Hatchet fin, I changed the base so that it fit in my specific fin box.
I designed the finbox I so it doesn't need supports. I have altered the slot to that the top of the slot is a 45 degree angle instead of a 90 degree overhang. It's a bit of an experiment, but I think will work for low impact uses. You can see on the pin of the fin base, there is an angled lump, that's to help tighten up the fin against the extra room left by the 45 degree slant.
