I had to repair the drive gear on my prop by replicating the gear. It will be a little bit of a tight fit so you can probably shrink it slightly if you want it to fit a little better but for me i wanted it to be this way. Getting to the gear isent to bad, just disassemble the sides and take note of how the gears are placed. The drive gear is directional so take pictures when you replace the old one. I highly recommend printing in PETG or stronger with a high infill
