The file 'Harley Evolution Engine – Resized And Accessorized 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 11.8MB.

Summary

I resized everything to 150% of the original design. This included properly resizing some of the components included in the Remix, such as the rocker covers, intake manifold, and display stand.

Everything has also had an appropriate mirrored part added, where required.

Files are all renamed to have their correct engine part names as well!

Pipes can be printed in vase mode with 0.2mm layer height, 12 bottom layers, and 0.6mm external perimeter width. Use a brim!

Intake manifold is the only part that requires supports.

My method of assembly:
Be sure to allow glue to set before moving on to the next step!
Front and back of the crank/jugs first, add the cam cover, then the pushrods (make sure the pushrods are oriented correctly so the tops are not pointing away from the jugs).
Assemble each head/rocker cover separately, adding the pipes last.
Then add the left head to the rest of the engine, put a bit of glue in the holes for both sides of the intake manifold.
Add the right head and align the intake manifold.
Finally assemble the carburator halves and the velocity stack, then attach to the intake manifold as a single piece.
