I have Always wanted a hardcase wallet, and I didnt like to spend the money or wait on a cheap one to come from China. So I desided that after I got the hang of solidworks to make this, an hardcase wallet.
Its designed to snap closed so it will not open in your pocket by accident. (result may vary in your printer).
It uses standerd M3x16 screws and 1 nut (of course) as a hinge.
Turned out quite nice i think.
I have in included 2 saparate bottom parts, if you dont like your cards to be tight than you can print Wallet_Bottom.STL and even after your printed that you can change yours mind and print the Wallet_Insert.
The hinge and the insert propably need some sanding, but it needs the have as little clearance as possible.
I would like to try and print it in metal-filled PLA, this might make it a RFID-blocking Wallet.
if someone would like to try, please let me know you do so.
Thanks,
Guido H
