The file 'Harbor Freight Sand Blaster Glass Spacer Frame 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 101.9KB.
Spacer for glass frame when using 1/4" safety glass with disposable 1/8" glass sheet under it.
My original glass was damaged.
I found a ¼" thick piece of safety glass locally adding 1/16" of an inch thickness. Then I decided to switch from the plexi overlay (since I now have the safety glass) and I added an 1/8" blaster side disposable glass… adding another 1/16".
Mine is the 62144 model.
I broke the print up to be a puzzle so it fits on my print bed.
There are recess holes in if you are using sheet metal nuts. If the alignment is off a Dremel can adjust.
It adds 2.6mm to the thickness.. as it assumes the foam compresses down to 1/16" of an inch.
Mine was 646mm wide and 343mm wide (outside dimensions). This spacer has a brim around the existing frame.
I suggest printing a corner first and check the fit.
I printed mine in black PETG.
