This is sized to fit the common Warrior magnetic nut setters (https://www.harborfreight.com/quick-release-magnetic-metric-nut-setter-set-9-piece-68519.html) that a lot of people buy to go with the Icon mini ratchet set (https://www.harborfreight.com/locking-flex-head-ratchet-and-bit-set-35-piece-58074.html).
I recommend printing this perpendicular to the print bed. This is mainly because I made one side with cutaways so that you can flex the tab a little to fit the socket strip into it. If you print it parallel to the plate, you'll have the print sheer line in line with the stress if you're flexing it. This is just a recommendation, and if you're using thick layers and 100% infill, it probably wouldn't matter.
