I designed a couple of stands for some real nice planetary objects designed by other people here.
You can use one stand or the other, OR you can use both like I did (I prefer both because it puts the whole puck light inside the objects.
One stand is just a plain old circular stand with a hole in it to run wires if you wish.
The second stand is a set of hands to hold the globes. I dropped in a block and added a hole to run wires if you are so inclined to run your light from a wall socket/brick.

I hate batteries, so I cut up a USB cable and soldered it to the terminals of that light. (5v verses battery of 4.5v, so no big deal). Now it runs off a USB brick.

Be aware that with Jupiter you need to take a little off of the bottom to have the puck (light) fit inside.
