This molding tool tries to give a nice rounded shape on the rice ball, instead of the edgy and pointy shape of other tools.
Different molding tool from the standard because of the rounded edges, giving more the "handpressed" feel on the shapes
How to use it:
Spread a sheet of cling film on the bottom part.
Push the rice inside the cavities
Spread another sheet of cling film on top
Gently press on top to give shape
Remove everything and open cling film
Put a nice slice of salmon on top (maybe with a little wasabi spreaded between rice and fish)
Profit!
