This is a custom designed clamp-on handle for Dewalt right angle adapter DWARA120 and DWARA60. This right angle adapter can be difficult to hold and maintain the drill or driver alignment due to the torque applied by the drill or impact driver. This handle provides a convenient way to maintain alignment.
This design consists of two parts, the ring clamp and the handle. It also requires a nut and bolt. The nut and bolt I designed for were what I had available. The bolt is a 10-32, 1.25" long with 5/16" wrench size. The 10-32 nut happens to be 11/32" size wrench and 1/8" thick. For a different nut and bolt, this design will need to be modified using Onshape as described below.
This was printed using Creality PETG filament with standard settings using my QIDI Tech Q1 Pro. Supports were used to stabilize the handle and the holes in the ring clamp.
