This is Handheld fan 3.0. This fan has been tried and tested and is guaranteed to work. All you need is a fan blade (don't have one? check out my fan blade I designed), a dc motor, a switch and a battery pack. for more info check out the photos above.
NOTE IMPORTANT: I accidently designed it in meters so for the fit I have please scale it down to 1.
