Summary

Please share this with other printing groups, forums, etc.

This winder is a little more Versatile than other iterations.

It uses M5x0.8 Threads to allow each dipole post more secure into the winder. SO239, space for a T140-43 or smaller Toroid for a Choke.

Pictured is the dipole as a 20m dipole with 14 (I believe) gauge kevlar wire. Point being, this should have no issue holding portable wire types, like bntechgo, 20awg, 22 awg etc.

First (main) photo is DX-Wire, 69 (nice) feet of wire, wrapped a T140-43 in a 4:1 configuration Fished through to the other side where there is a 1:1 choke using a T140-43 and RG174. I call it the DELTA DUDE (still testing, please don't comment on my windings as much as the free STL file). The DELTA DUDE is just a delta loop for portable operations. Throw it in a tree or something (A rock or something, for you Military Dudes)

Like a boss, I print with 6 walls and 80 percent infill.

I have also kept the side slots for a cinch strap to be inserted (to secure the wire) as well as a "hanging hole". Clip a carabiner, rope, etc to make hanging easier.

I printed with ASA and tolerances are great. Get creative and make a fan dipole, efhw, etc.

This is still in development and I would appreciate findings, feedback, suggestions. Thanks.

I would ask if you print these to give away, you give proper attribution. This helps me continue to make more positive changes while continuing to be able to make these.

If you would like to support me and purchase one of these from my etsy store (available soon) https://www.etsy.com/shop/HamRadioDudeSells.
