I had a pair of halogen lights and an AC transformer which I used to add lights to my CR 10 enclosure. I've been designing things for about a month so it might need some tweaking but I was successful in printing them and I am using two of them in my setup. They provide light and heat for ABS prints. I can go up to 50 C + ambient temp but try to stay below 45 to keep electronics happy.
To make one arm you will need a print of each part (base, arm, light holder and a hole cover) as well as:
2 x rubber washers - i used 5/16 M8 rubber washers, these are placed as shown in the last picture.
2 x M3x20mm and matching nuts - to secure the light unto the light holder part.
There are many knobs you can use but I printed 2 of these https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:769430 by B_EMME3D. Printing one as is for the M6 and resizing down for one M5. I epoxied them unto the the following parts:
1x M5x25mm bolt
1 x M6x13mm bolt
I put old locknuts under the M6 head to lift the bolt up to the brim of the knob before gluing. Lastly use 2 wood screws to secure the base and use a drill bit to pass light cables through enclosure and seal hole with hole cover STL.
