The file 'Halloween Crow (Animated) 3D Printer Model' is (stl,3mf,ino) file type, size is 7.0MB.
Please look below to see the video of this in action!
This is my second generation halloween crow, now with an animated head and blinking eyes. It is in 5 pieces that are designed to be sliced and printed in "vase mode". The crow is about 18" (45cm) long when assembled. The largest section that you will need to print is about 7.25" (19cm) tall and about 5" (13cm) wide. I printed this in black PLA and used hot glue to attach the feet. There is a short section that attaches to the tail so that it can be press-fit to the body. This allows access to the electronics/battery compartment. The controller is an Arduino Uno. The eye holes were created with a drill and the LEDs are press fitted. It is using a standard size servo (like Hitec 33322S HS-322HD, but any standard size servo would work). For a wiring example, see: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/LibraryExamples/Sweep
The arduino code to run this is attached as CrowServo.ino
Recently added: files to make mounting the servo in the body and mounting the head on the body easier (see images to understand how that works)
