I modelled these wheels from photos taken of the full size APC when it was delivered. Aside from being far more accurate than the originals, they also turn and are steerable.
The hubs slide snugly on to the original kit hubs, meaning that no permanent modifications are required to the kit beyond removing the original wheels.
I printed my wheels in PLA with variable layer height using PrusaSlicer at 0.5mm for the top and bottom angled sections and 0.2mm for the vertical section of the tread. Minimal supports are required inside the centre of the wheel. The hub, knuckle and axle were all printed at 0.2mm.
