Summary

This is a case for the Hakko T12 Soldering Iron DIY Kit.

Easy to print and assemble with four M4x20 screws.

It takes a little bit of sanding though. The front and back covers are a tight fit, so I suggest to sand down the corners. It'll be easier to disassemble the case if needed.

The design refers to the model without the calibration cap (or pot, not sure exactly). If there is anyone out there who needs another hole to access it, don't hesitate to contact me. But that would actually be an overkill since you calibrate the kit once during assembly.

At the back cover there is a mounting hole for an IEC14 connector with switch, wich isn't really the way to go since the kit doesn't provide earth connection and the case is plastic. But I had one of those connectors laying around so I went that way. If you need a mounting hole for a specific type of mains connector, just send me the exact dimensions of that connector and I'll get back to you. Again, contact me.
