This was not made with any parametric software!!
This was done manually in 10 minutes. It is not hard to make things hairy, you just need to know how to duplicate and rotate objects in your chosen modelling program.
No supports required as you can see from the photo.
Increase bridging speed by 150% at least, cooling essential.
If you are printing this at 0.3mm layer height the hair will be fairly brittle, but if you print it at 0.2 it will do 2 passes on each hair so they wont break at all when you go to mold them.
Very hot water in a bowl, dip hair in for a few seconds and then shape.
