Thanks to an elaborate mechanism, the unused nozzles of the new four-color extruder Multex4Move are retracted behind a cover and only the active nozzle is brought into the operating range. Hereby it prevents molten plastic from dripping out of the unused nozzles and onto the printed object and disfiguring the printing result. Before switching to another nozzle, it is first cleaned before being put into the operating range to prevent possible impurities.

Multec delivers innovation for even more variety

With the Multex4Move, Multec delivers a new innovation which makes 3D printing even more diverse and professional. Besides using different colors, the Multex4Move offers the possibility to use different materials for the printed object or support structures - with a yet unknown clean printing result. In this manner, printed objects might for example have specfic areas made out of flexible material, while others are made out of stiff material, which offers the possibilities for an incredible amount of printed objects.

In addition, the Multex4Move offers the User unknown possibilities, since even nozzles of different diameters can be used in one single extruder.

Also available as upgrade kit for printers of different brands

Small, compact versions of this innovative extruder will soon be available to upgrade existing 3D printers made by other manufacturers.
This way, many printers which did not deliver satisfying results can be optimized.
