Here is a file for a 6 Wheel GWR Tool Van drawn full size so scale to suit your needs.
23 of these iron or iron and steel bodied vans were built from 1902 to 1913 in various lots based on an extended type of "Iron Mink" to carry tools and stores for internal railway departments, mainly Signal and Telegraph Dept. but with 2 for the Engineering Dept. Some lasted until at least the 1970s in departmental use, with a couple preserved. Their long service life was due to the robust metal construction.
I have done a file of the complete van for illustration but recommend printing as the separate body, chassis and buffers for practical construction.
Enjoy
