Yes, this is technically Gundam Virtue but without the armor. The real name is Gundam Nidaleeh! I created it in Sketchup, however, I did copy another model I saw in Blender, but they wouldn't have a public use. So I made my own based on that model, for you! The people of thingiverse.com! Enjoy!
