I've seen a bunch of guitar pick keychain holders here. For some, I read comments that they broke easily. I printed this one myself https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3356686, but didn't like the fact that it needed supports that were very annoying to remove. So I made my own!
This design is sturdy and it needs no supports. I didn't try any other settings, but I printed at 100% infill and 0.1 mm layer height. Took 19 minutes to print on my Prusa Mini+.
Works for all "standard" picks. They sit tight, yet are easy to insert and remove.
