Super basic fretboard sanding block with high resolution export settings I noticed some of the other radius block STL's didn't have smooth surfaces and were more polygonal than curved so I made my own and figured out the onshape export settings needed to not turn the smooth radius into a polygon.
Infill: Yes, depends on which type you're using but 15-20% should be plenty
Supports: None, can be printed on either of the flat ends without supports
Adhesion: Yes, A brim of 2-3mm or wider is HIGHLY recommended
