Why 3D print them?

  • The last time I bought this style pulley from Amazon, well they weren't good.
  • These seem to be working pretty good for me so far.
  • Metal Bearings snap in perfectly
  • Planned future design, something that can accept a larger M screw size for stability.
  • With the correct bearings and spacers they will not bind under load or from tightening down the screws holding the pulleys, YAY!
