This is a set of three timing pulleys with 20 teeth each, 6mm wide, compatible with 5mm shaft (nema steppers), 6mm shaft (updated) or 8mm shaft (most linear rails).
It has a good grip on the belt because the teeth are quite sharp.
There is a gap to slide an M3 nut and a hole for a small bolt. Since we're using a real nut, it's a bit stronger. And the ideal would be to use a headless screw.
Prints fine in PETG, with 0.2 or even 0.3 mm of layer height. You can print it in PLA as well, even though it may be a bit weaker.
Once printed, if the hole is a bit tight for the shaft, I simply use a drill to clean the inside.
