This is for Round tube of USB hub usually using Grommet hole on the computer desk. So you can put it on the the desk instead put into the hole. I have round tube USB hub that I use for grommet hole on table, but now I am using different table without grommet hole, so I create one just to make my desk looks nice. Hope it will also usefull for you. The size is using standart grommet hole, 60mm.
