The Grizzly G0490X 8" jointer comes with a 4" dust port and that is all that is commercially available.
I designed this 6" version to fit in place of the stock one (including the reliefs for the nutserts that the screws go into).
I printed this in PETG on a Prusa XL but PLA is plenty strong. The specific settings that I used for a successful print in my cold basement are:
MUST BE SCALED BY 2540. I designed in an old version of AutoCAD.
30% infill, 5mm brim inside and outside. I used the smart fill feature to put supports only on the screw holes
