Summary

This is a BTA for installation on Vision TFE.

My design is not perfect and is a hobby-level design. Although I had no problems with actual use, I am not responsible for your safety if you use it at your own discretion.

I honestly recommend using it as a reference for new designs.

I will also specify the conditions (or required hardware) required for use below.

1.bta upper part

  • Can be mounted on the latest vision TFE bridge.

  • The computer mount insert was designed using spare parts included with FOURIERS.

  • Designed to fit Garmin Edge 540.

  • The water bottle cage is designed to fit the elite crono tt (carbon) product.

  • Of the two bolts on which the water bottle cage is mounted, the bolt located in the front must be installed there after melting the insert nut. (We recommend using at least an m4 insert nut.)

2.bta lower part

  • Can be mounted on the latest vision TFE bridge.

  • Each nut hole requires melting an insert nut, and an m4 insert nut is recommended.

  • There is a thread at the bottom of the latest vision tfe bridge. You can center this part using an m5 round(and lower) head bolt there.

3.grip

  • This grip part is designed to fit Shimano SW-R9160.

  • Above all, the shape is designed to fit my hand, and in order to use it perfectly, you need to cut off part of the bar end of the tfe extension. If you install this grip without cutting it, it will look very strange.

  • I trusted the cutting length of vision staff at slowtwitch, and I cut it that much, but I ran into one big problem.
Inside, the epoxy that joined the bar ends was hardened so thick that the shifter could not be installed.
I had to grind some of this epoxy off with a dremel, which is quite dangerous and I wouldn't recommend it to most people.

4.tfe clip-on align tool

  • If you are using a Vision clip-on mount,
  • If you have 8 m5 bolts, you can use this clip-on alignment tool.
  • If you adjust the left and right angles separately, you will understand why this is necessary.
  • Hold the laser pointer close to the center hole and shoot. It will be easy to align the left and right.
