Summary

Jigs to quickly set the angle between a grinder wheel and platform (table). These are made specifically for an 8" grinder wheel and currently come in two angles: 40 and 25 degrees (but this is easily customized in Fusion360). I specifically made these to help me convert an old wood lathe scraper into a negative rake scraper with a top bevel angle of 25 deg. and a bottom bevel angle of 40 deg. It worked out quite well! (Note: I used a silver paint pen to make the embossed letters stand out after printing).

To use the jig, place the edge that says "Platform" on the grinder platform (or table) then adjust the angle (and distance away as needed) until the edge labeled "wheel" conforms perfectly to the grinder wheel. Setup is fast and repeatable!

I printed this in PLA at a 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill; but this design is easy to print and you can use most any standard settings.
