Multi-color Layered Print Grinch Ornament
Each color is designed to stop at a specific height, so you can print this with a single-head printer as a single piece! Set slicer to change filament at each respective layer.
The included .stl file is ready to go and has filament changes at layers:
Black: 1-13
Green: 14-17
Red: 18-21
White: 22-23
Black: 24-25
Note 1: When scaling the ornament to a smaller size, reducing the height will reduce the 0.2 mm allowance for each colored layer. If reduced too far, you won't have individual layers for each color. I recommend only scaling length and width, while leaving the height at 5 mm.
Note 2: When changing from Red to White, I have to run extra filament through before restarting the print to bleed off the red stuck in the nozzle to avoid ending up with pink hat fuzz!
