Update 11/13/24: Realized after printing I had a constrained dimension inaccurate. Seemed precise enough, though when fitting the blade width wasn't adjusted accurately and was too narrow. 27/32nd for the size of the square seems to at least now adjusted so the part can be shimmed if not a tight fit. Appears is still inaccurate and I'll adjust accordingly when I have the time. Working with a tape measure is not calipers or a micrometer, so bear with me.

Found a Greenworks Twin Force 40V battery operated lawn mower, model 25302, for $10 missing some parts. Those missing parts were the blades and blade assembly parts. I contacted Greenworks and they no longer carried. So I set out to find a set, measure, draw in OnShape, save and share on Thingiverse andGrabCAD for others to potentially find benefit in having.

Technically, this part is based off of the Kobalt somewhat equivalent Twin Force model KM2040X part that I found online on Facebook Marketplace for free other than the shipping I paid for. Appears the blade assembly parts are the same and they do fit the Greenworks Twin Force blades I have that I purchased new.

This will possibly work for other makes models with dual 10" blades like Poulan PPB4020 and Craftsman 25081 style blade assembly part designs made by who appears to be HONGKONG SUN RISE TRADING LTD.

I started with the square part, since I am missing one of those and otherwise have the rest of the blade assembly parts. I'll draw and share the other plastic larger piece when I find the time.

I haven't printed this yet and have been on a CAD and 3D printing hiatus for a few years. I exported the STL resolution to fine and hope that is the better settings. I placed the STEP file as well in hopes others may find benefit.
