3/16 inch pegs spaced 1 inch apart. I imagine it would work for 1/4 peg board, but I haven't tried. Seems to work well enough for me and thought I'd share.
I printed mine with PLA, 4 wall layers (1.6 mm) and 20% infill. Printing it on default settings as-is led to minimal support except for the pegs.
There's other stuff like this, but I didn't see any peg board versions.
