These are Greek cities that can be laid over the treasure piles for each city in the card game Omen: A Reign of War by John Clowdus. These cities are sized for the latest edition with treasure tiles, though they could be printed a bit larger to use with the earlier editions with cards for treasures, too.
The side supports must be glued on to the bottom of the cities to hold them up.
