This business card holder is designed to hold standard cards for the U.S., Europe and Australia. The actual size of the card area is 92mmx58mmx25mm (depending on orientation).
I try to design these to be printed without supports and may provide a 2 part design to accomplish that or per any notes below.
NOTES: The *Complete file will require supports that may be hard to clean up. The Left/Right files also require supports - but they will be easy to remove and inside his mouth so won't show much.
BTW, I found these CURA settings for supports that work like a charm. They are for an older version of CURA but just apply the options you have in whatever version you use:
