Alex80it's excellent Cable-Car Compatible to Gravitrax have been so popular ever since I first viewed it. However, I'm quite concerned that alex80it's tile designs needed support, which wastes material and sometimes the supports are a pain to remove (depending of your slicer support type and gcode) and it's the same for alex80it's Cable-Car! This is why I modified the start and the end tile in order to print it without support.
Note: Each pillar will also require printing one of alex80it's 6-Exit Basic Tile to be mounted upon. BEWARE!!! Such 6-exit Basic Tile also requires support! Print this instead: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6774587
The original GraviRing was too deep to accept the mounting hex ring for the start tile so I modified it to have a thickness of 0.385mm. The groove on the start tile is 0.215mm deeper than the thickness of the ring (GraviRing). The original GraviRing is only accepted for the end tile.
In addition, I filleted some edges on the ring (GraviRing) to make it safer for kids to touch the 6 teeth of the ring (GraviRing).
