Summary

These are some lamps used for my 3d printed graveyard decoration. The lamp comes with these parts:

  • Pole: A pole with screw treads. Shouldn't need supports. It's hollow so you can run a stake through it to help it stand up.
  • Head: Screws onto the pole. Needs supports. I suggest printing it upside down.
  • Hat: Snaps onto the head. My printer was able to print it upside down without supports, but you may need some.
  • Glass: Print 6 of these per lamp in a transparent material and glue on. I tried printing these with multi-material, but the light scatters much better when printed flat.

It also comes with an optional coffin to house a circuit with JST connectors for the lights, a 3x AA battery holder, and a light sensor to automatically turn it on. It consists of 2 parts:

  • Lid: Can be printed upside down without supports.
  • Bottom: Needs supports for the JST connectors.

You can always disregard the coffin and plug the lamps into a wall adapter, or put the batteries through some resistors straight to the lamps in the coffin if you don't want to bother with the circuitry.
