This is a model of a real church in Johnsburg, IL. I made the original model in Revit. Before exporting with STL Exporter, I used solid extrusions in Revit to fill all empty spaces. So, it is a solid object. The reason is that the walls of the Revit model were too thin and would not print. For those who print this, the 3 crosses at the 3 spires may give you trouble (they break easily due to vertical orientation). So, I made a separate cross for printing "flat" so they are stronger which you may then glue to the top (by drilling and inserting the cross). However, depending on your printer and scale, this may not be an issue. The Cross-1 and Cross-4 stl files are available in case you need to print them flat. They are the same thing, but they have 1 cross and 4 crosses respectively. The final print shown in the images below was printed with great care by "quietrumpet". Check out his ThingiVerse page for more awesome prints.
