I inherited this amazing 3000 lumen bike light, but the mounting system was far from adequate for mounting biking. The easy solution was to design this mount to be compatible with a GoPro handlebar mount which is very easy to get your hands on (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001762679238.html)
The light gets hot so you'll want to print this in something heat tolerant. Resin would be ideal.
I ran a 3mm tap through the mounting holes to create a fine pitch thread between the fins on the light to create a more robust attachment to the mount (the original mount just had one self-taping screw the forced it's own way in there).
I would have been stoked if I found this for myself so I'll just drop it here if it's useful to anyone else.
