Summary

This is a full case (all corners and edges protected) for a modern Gopro Hero model.
It has been designed on a Gopro Hero 5, but should be OK on a model 6 or 7 if I'm not wrong.
The case is split horizontally at the center, and it's designed to be held in place on a drone mount with a strap, or similar.

For a flexible, 1 piece version of this design, check this out:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3122397

With this case, you can access both the on/off and the record button, both front and back screens, and, of course the lens. Both microphones are also not covered for better sound recording. The bottom plate is also slotted, to reduce the weight of the case.

The "flaps" that protrude from the lens opening to protect it from impacts do not interfere with the recording, even when using superview mode.

The case that you can see on the pictures has been printed in PLA so I used supports in the lens overhang.
I have included a second version of the bottom half that should work better with flexible filaments (no supports), but I have not tested it.
