The file 'Golf Ball Picker Upper, Using A Spring 3D Printer Model' is (stl,3mf) file type, size is 264.9KB.
I have recently learned, if you leave it outside, the spring will warp the pla in the heat, either do a higher infill, or print on petg
Rubber bands get old and tired after being in the sun. I used the exact same base and
magnet posts as the original, but re did the prongs to allow a spring to pass through and be supported. I got the spring from the hardware store, but I'm sure they are easy to find.
The holes are pretty tight, but do allow some movement, depending on your springs, you may have to open the end to get it to pass through. I put all three prongs on the spring, then installed on the base stretching the spring as I went around.
magnets are 20mmX7mm magnets with a countersink
M3x8mm machine screws work well to hold the prongs to the base, longer would also work
