source: Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
update: DEC 2, 2017
-added depth to wrist guards/bracelets
-adjusted ear/shirt clipping (there's still a bit left, but its unavoidable)
-rotated and elongated back foot, then scaled feet to z=0
-fixed some polys on the round part of the head
-added more depth to belt and rotated it away from the leg to fix clipping (still has thin wall issues unless you scale up to 2x)
-tris --> quads on hands and a few other places
-excluded 4 thin loose hair strands
should be OK to print now... but do so at your own discretion. i'm sure the hair will require some clever support placement.
included new STL at 2xSS (everything except belt is at 1xSS). also included source BLEND (goku-1d.blend) as well as finished goku-2u.blend in case you want to fix it up or subsurf higher than 2xSS.
several issues persist including: model rotation (scale boot soles to z=0), 4 loose hair strands, belt ends lacking depth, neck height and head topology as well as hair creases. i'll release a proper STL soon at a more reasonable file size (~20MB) along w/ source and final BLEND files.
don't try printing just yet. i'll address these issues and post a new STL that won't waste your time/filament.
