I had seen a set of pallet coasters but wasn't quite happy with the model, so I fired up Fusion and recreated to spec a GMA pallet, then scaled it to about 1:11th (3.5:40). Found it would actually slice quite nicely at 0.20mm height, so I roughed out a hand truck to hold 'em and sent it. It's adorable 😄
Print two of the load wheels, one of everything else, and as many coasters as you'd like (four fit nicely on a 250x250 bed). I printed the coasters face-down and did a little manual support painting down the middle of the runners so as to only add a little time and material and still get a clean result. The Truck body requires a little support for it's butt. Print the wheels on their sides and add a little support under the block for the steering wheel.
Glue the bits to the truck and you're done!
