Summary

Glowing (self-luminous), decorative light bulb.

To be printed with self-luminous (glowing) PLA. Two versions: Self-standing or hanging light bulb.

Bulb:

  • Print with self-luminous (glowing) PLA.
  • Print it upright (as provided in the .stl file)
  • Wall thickness: 0.8mm or more
  • No supports
  • No infill
  • Use raft for best adhesion

Socket:

  • Print with silver PLA (or use chrome effect spray paint afterwards)
  • Print the normal socket for a self-standing bulb
  • Or print the socket with ring for a hanging bulb
  • Recommended infill: ~5%

Post Print:

  • Use any glue to stick the socket and the bulb together.
  • Use chrome effect or silver spray for the socket, which gives a nice metallic look.
