V1.1 edits: Detentes are included on the dial, and the groove that the condition tiles fit in was expanded and angled. The original design was perfectly precise, but very difficult to use in practice. You had to perfectly align the chit before pressing it in, and since many effects only last for a round there was lots of precision fiddling.

This is my first ever submission to Thingiverse, remixed from XoquE's standee, and crudely edited (probably poorly) in Microsoft 3D Builder. I apologize for any and all mistakes made!

I loved XoquE's standee, but the numbers on the dial were fragile, and I had to print them with supports. By embossing the numbers, the fragility problem is solved. You also have the option of filling in the embossed numbers with a crayon to enhance readability. (I don't know how many of you had to do this with your dice back in the day... whippersnappers with their pre-painted dice are spoiled!)

The other issue was the two separate dial models. By replacing the post on the dial with a divot, and altering the base to have two "bumps" for each, the dial is now symmetrical. One design for each side simplifies things a bit. It takes a little more force to assemble, but I have only broken one so far.

This design does have a few flaws. Besides a few nagging micro-millimeters that need to be added or shaved, the dials turn way too freely. It needs some sort of detentes to allow it to stop, and/or be clicked one by one. It could also benefit from a clearer indicator to show which numbers are current.
