Summary

Update
After playing the game for a while, having the damage, coin and other (strength, immobilise, etc) tokens in the main trays began to be a chore. To remedy this, I have created a set of three drop in trays which can be removed from the main storage trays and placed on the playing table. These are made of 2mm MDF and drop into the current locations for the tokens. I have added two photos below as an example.
Original description
Here you have two trays and two card holders cut to fit in the original box to store all the monsters, cardboard components and non-character specific cards.
The current plastic insert and counter tray are no longer used being completely replaced in wood. The new card holders are purposefully shorter than the stack height of the two trays to allow the spiral binding to sit flush with zero lid lift. The spiral bound books should be the first to be stacked on top of the trays with their spirals over the card boxes to achieve this.
The cut files have been nested to fit on the 300x200 bed of cheap "K40" hobby lasers. I use “K40 Whisperer” and there doesn't seem to be any cut planning, so the files have micro tabs within them to stop the main bodies falling from the blanks before everything is cut. The design is to be cut primarily from 3.0-3.2mm material and I strongly suggest you dry build the whole tray before gluing every finger tab with thin Cyano (Superglue) from the outside of the tray. Just let a drop or two wick into the spring cuts in the joint. The exception to this, are the dividers in the mini card box. To allow enough space for sleeved cards, the dividers were made from 1.5mm two colour laser engrave material. If you are not using this plastic, stiff cardboard can be used in its place.

If you like the files, please give them a thumbs up.
If you build the boxes, please post your pictures and thoughts (good and bad).
If you have any suggestions, drop them in the comments and time permitting, I'll see what I can do.
Now to design a player dashboard!!!
