Summary

Please not that I do not know if this will fit everything from Frosthaven. If you can confirm or deny this, please let me know.

This is a laser cuttable insert for the game Gloomhaven (2nd print edition) with room for all the game component inside the original box.
EDIT: someone informed me that he could fit all the cards with sleeves in the bottom tray :-)
To cut this, start by engraving/tracing the green lines (i.e. wall guides and texts) then cut the yellow lines (internal holes) and finally the black lines.
The attached images should show how to pack everything in the trays and place them in the Gloomhaven box.

There are two sets of SVG files:

Layer 1 to Layer 5 - individual trays/layers in separate files
Layers 1+2 and 3+4+5 - rearranged trays/layers for cutting on two 600x800mm sheets.

Note that the SVG files use millimeters as the base unit. Please make sure you import them with the correct settings or the scale will be wrong.

SquishyWizard kindly supplied CorelDraw versions of the insert both with and without the text layer. For faster cutting, use the one without the texts.
