This is intended to be a Glock Gen4 compatible wrist stabilizer like the the Shockwave Blade (some kinda trademarked I'm sure) it fits into the grip plug and over the beavertail. Then, you can us the "blade" and your other hand against your forearm to help with lateral stability and recoil control.
